We're big fans of Gist CRM. The feature set to price ratio really is unbeatable compared with any other CRM we have reviewed. The free plan is especially impressive, giving you two user seats and access to a range of incredible features spanning marketing and customer support.
The interface is clean and easy to use. If you're familiar with Intercom you'll be right at home with Gist. It would be polite to say they've been heavily influenced by Intercom's design language. On higher price plans the feature set is even more vast. Everything from your knowledge base, workflow automation, email campaigns, customer service inboxes, live chat and event tracking can be powered by Gist. It's perfect for smaller businesses needing a fully featured CRM on a budget.
